It is used in many self-defense moves because it is simple and effective, and yet flashy enough to be seen in many movies (ex: John Wick). Whether you're looking to get in great shape or develop practical self-defense skills, our judo program offers a complete physical and mental training experience for serious adult practitioners.

What to expect in our classes
